Heat exchanger, condenser and tube bundle cleaning

N.E.T. Waterjet crews clean tube bundles, heat exchangers and condensers throughout the UK.

This is now carried out using the Peinemann lancing systems, from a single lance to multi lance for use on horizontal and vertical tubes. The investment in the new equipment has increased the safety to the operator and reduced the risk to a very manageable level, while increasing the production which would not be achievable by hand lancing. The systems are ideally suited for working in areas with restrictive access and by using Ultra High Pressure and low volumes of water the work is carried out quickly and economically.
